1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US only).

2. What are your shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. Due to agricultural regulations, we cannot ship live plants to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories.

4. What types of small potted plants do you offer?
We offer a variety of indoor-friendly small potted plants:

  • Succulents: Low-maintenance, various shapes and colors

  • Cacti: Desert plants, minimal watering needs

  • Air Plants (Tillandsia): No soil required, mist only

Important Agricultural Compliance: Live plants shipped within the US are subject to agricultural regulations. We ensure all plants are pest-free and comply with USDA APHIS requirements. Shipments from areas under plant quarantine are prohibited .

7. How do I care for my small potted plants?
General guidelines (specific care included with each plant):

  • Light: Most indoor plants prefer bright, indirect light

  • Water: Allow soil to dry between waterings; avoid overwatering

  • Soil: Use appropriate potting mix (cactus mix for succulents, general potting mix for foliage)

  • Temperature: Keep away from drafts, AC vents, and heaters

  • Humidity: Many indoor plants appreciate occasional misting

8. How do I care for artificial flowers?

  • Dusting: Dust regularly with soft cloth or compressed air

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe with damp cloth; for deeper cleaning, use mild soap solution and rinse carefully

  • Avoid: Direct sunlight (can cause fading), heat sources (can melt synthetic materials)

  • Arranging: Fluff and bend stems to create natural-looking arrangements

9. How do I care for plant pots and vases?

  • Ceramic/Glass: Hand wash with mild soap; dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

  • Terracotta: Clean with water and stiff brush; allow to dry completely before reusing.

  • Metal: Wipe with damp cloth; dry immediately. Use metal polish for shine.

  • Drainage: Ensure drainage holes are clear for live plants.

10. Are live plants difficult to ship?
Yes, plants require special care during shipping. We:

  • Package plants securely with protective materials

  • Use appropriate soil and moisture control

  • Ship on weekdays only to avoid weekend delays

  • Include care instructions with each plant

  • Cannot ship to areas with extreme temperatures (below 32°F or above 95°F) without heat/cold packs
