1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home decor and plant products including small potted plants, artificial flowers, and plant pots/flower vases.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual plants may vary slightly in size, shape, and color due to their living nature. Artificial flower colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders due to inventory, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Care

  • Live Plants: You are responsible for providing proper care according to included instructions. We are not liable for plant death due to neglect, overwatering, insufficient light, or other care issues after delivery.

  • Artificial Flowers: Keep away from direct sunlight (fading) and heat sources (melting). Not suitable for outdoor use unless specified.

  • Plant Pots/Vases: For live plants, ensure proper drainage. For vases with cut flowers, change water regularly.

3. Agricultural Compliance
Our live plant shipments comply with applicable USDA APHIS regulations:

  • Plants are sourced from pest-free areas

  • We do not ship from areas under Federal or State quarantine for invasive pests or diseases 

  • Soil used is pest-free and complies with regulations 

  • Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are restricted 

4. Phytosanitary Requirements
For any international shipments (if applicable), plants require:

  • APHIS import permit

  • Phytosanitary certificate from country of origin

  • Compliance with Agricultural Commodity Import Requirements (ACIR) database 

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse, including plant death, damage from improper care, or injuries from broken pottery/glass.

7. Governing Law
Governing law: State where seller is based.
