Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your plant and decor purchases. Due to the nature of live plants and hygiene considerations, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Live Plants: Due to their perishable nature, live plants cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

  • Used Items: Artificial flowers that have been removed from packaging or displayed; plant pots/vases that show signs of use or have been filled with soil/water.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or special order items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

  • Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or neglect.

3. Return Process

  • To Initiate: Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts. Plant pots/vases must be returned with original protective padding.

  • Shipping & Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective. We recommend trackable, insured service (especially for fragile items).

  • Restocking Fee: A 10-15% restocking fee may apply.

  • Refunds: Issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. For live plants, check carefully within 24 hours. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Live Plant Guarantee
We take great care in packaging live plants, but they are living things and may experience stress during shipping. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us immediately with photos. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
