Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
1-3 business days. Orders after cut-off process next business day. Live plant orders are processed on weekdays only to avoid weekend delays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Live plants cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or US territories due to agricultural restrictions . Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (specialized plant shipping carriers may be used for live plants).

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: 5-10 business days (estimates, not guarantees). Live plant shipments may require expedited shipping to ensure plant health.

4. Temperature Restrictions
Live plants are not shipped when extreme temperatures (below 32°F or above 95°F) are forecast along the shipping route. We may delay shipment or include heat/cold packs as needed.

5. Packaging
We take special care with fragile and living items:

  • Live Plants: Securely potted, wrapped to prevent soil spill, boxed with ventilation and insulation as needed.

  • Artificial Flowers: Wrapped in tissue, boxed to prevent crushing; stems may be secured.

  • Plant Pots/Vases (Ceramic/Glass): Individually wrapped in bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy boxes marked "Fragile."

6. Delivery & Issues

  • Tracking: Provided via email.

  • Address Accuracy: Customer responsible for correct address.

  • Inspection: Inspect live plants and fragile items immediately upon delivery.

  • Missing Packages: If marked "delivered" but not received, check with neighbors/carrier first, then contact us.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement. Live plant orders may have shorter cancellation windows due to perishable nature. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
